Fall in love with your body and your movement.
Learn foundational belly dance movements like hip lifts, shimmies, figure 8’s, and undulations. We’ll also explore fun accents like belly rolls and snake arms. Each evening includes a gentle warm-up, dancer conditioning, step-by-step instruction, a cultural lesson, and a dancing warm-down. This is a safe place for all ages, body shapes, ability levels, and gender expressions. Beginner and experienced dancers are welcome. We recommend wearing comfortable yoga/dance attire and being prepared to dance without shoes.
